1) Today I had more recognition of my awesomeness at work. I've now been put forward to attend training to be a training person on the new student database.

2) The noise from the lecture theatre next door is driving me demented. It's being refitted and there is much drilling.

3) Everyone at work thinks my new haircut is all kinds of awesome. J, however, is very much not impressed.
